At Rewatch Classic TV, we want you to love your vintage electronics; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included cables and accessories to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your device in its original box, ensuring all vintage components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
