The Playhouse itself is alive with unforgettable puppet characters including Chairry, Conky the Robot, Globey, Pteri the Pterodactyl, Randy, The Countess, and many more. Episodes also feature vintage cartoon clips, classic educational films, inventive puppetry, and imaginative animation — including the adventures of Penny, a family of tiny dinosaurs living in the Playhouse walls, and the refrigerator’s lively cast of talking food.
